Offset Inks
Offset Printing jobs include printing over paper, board, plastic, metallized board for packaging and commercial applications. UV technology has been adopted to cure these products and we have kept our research to the most recent times, by providing environmentally responsible and safe to use products, including benzophenone and ITX free products. We now have an active research and development project on UV LED inks for Offset, Flexo printing with state-of-the-art curing system with a 16W/cm Phoseon LED lamp unit capable of curing speeds of 150 mtrs/min.

- UV Offset inks for packaging and commercial printing - Customised UV curable inks for commercial as well as premium packaging. These inks are formulated without use of Benzophenone and ITX.
- UV curable inks for Dry Offset printing - These products are designed for use on plastic pails and containers with high BWS rated pigments.
- UV curable letterpress inks for printing on lami tubes - For use on Laminated and CoEx tubes.
- UV curable offset inks and varnishes for IML applications - Specially designed to perform well on PP substrates. The IML varnish has an extraordinary level of gloss and is well suited for IML applications, both blow molding and injection molding.
- Special effect and end user specific varnishes - Special effect varnishes as per requirement from the end user. Some of them include, UV visible, Matte, High viscosity for raised effect, Stampable, etc.
- UV Curable Waterless inks for bank card printing - Customised UV curable inks for Waterless plates for likes of KBA genius presses.
